How will I know if I am a winner?

If you are selected as a potential winner in one of our Giveaways, our Administrator (Marden-Kane) will contact you via the phone number and the email address you provided on
your order/entry form. You will never be asked to provide a credit card or payment as a condition of a prize
award.

What if I return my product during a giveaway?

If an entrant returns a product that was purchased during the Promotion Period, all
corresponding entries in the Sweepstakes will be disqualified and will not be eligible for the random drawing.

Q: How long will it take to recieve my order?

A: Orders are shipped out within 1-7 days from when the order was placed. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Please expect a longer wait time of 8-15 business days after a new shirt or collection is released.

Special items (like crop tops or special order tees) are made by order which is excluded from our regular processing time. Please expect special items to be shipped out within 10-15 days.

Q: What is the return policy?

A: All merchandise orders are final sale, with no returns or exchanges offered, unless the mistake on the order was made by us. For any order questions please contact us at (orders.sarahntuned@gmail.com) with order number and name on order.

If there was a mistake on our part on one of your items, please reach out to us to discuss how to go about fixing your order. There must be proof provided before we can offer a solution. Customer has 24 hours after recieving their order to report a mistake. After those 24 hours, we are no longer responsible.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Item must be sent back and inspected before we can provide an exchange/refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q: When I check tracking, why does it say "returned to sender?"

A: When a package is returned to sender (us) it means there was a mistake in the address or you forgot to add a unit number, apartment number, etc.

Please make sure the correct address is added. You will be responsible in paying an additional shipping cost to have it re-sent.

Shipping:

Items are shipped with USPS.

Shipping time does not include processing time, which may take up to 5 business days. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to 2 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

All Merchandiseapparel, and accessories ship via USPS for domestic orders (First class or Priority based on weight) and UPS or DHL for International.

Hello everyone! My name is Karen, owner of KM PAINT.

I am excited to share with you all that I am the person behind Sarah-n-Tuned merch shop. I am a one person shop which means I take on a lot of roles. I am in charge of creating merch designs, merch production and distribution, customer service and more!

Although I am a one person shop, I am 100% dedicated to what I do. I strive to push orders out in a timely manner and take care of any issues that may arise.
